International Day of Peace 2015: “Partnerships for Peace — Dignity for All”
The International Day of Peace was established by United Nations Resolution in 1981 as an annual day of non-violence and cease fire. Anyone anywhere can participate in International Day of Peace, whether they are soldiers participating in ceasefire, or a civilian simply lighting a candle in honor of the Peace Day.
