The Hawaii State Teachers Association is designing a new T-shirt and we want our members to get involved!
So we're holding a contest that is open to all HSTA members in good standing.
To enter, come up with and upload a T-shirt design that reflects HSTA's vision, mission, and/or values. Be creative!
- Log in by clicking on the button: Email, Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter.
- Enter your full name, e-mail address, phone number, and school/worksite, so we can verify your membership and contact you as a potential prize winner.
- Upload your file. You will receive an email confirmation once your entry is accepted.
- You can submit as many entries as you like! The number of entries you submit will be listed in the upper left corner.
HSTA T-Shirt Design Contest (TEST)
Entries may be drawn by hand or digitally designed and submitted as a JPG or PNG that is at least 900 pixels in width. Submissions may include different designs for the front and back of the shirt, however both designs must be displayed in the same submission. The design may utilize up to three colors and is intended for use on a red T-shirt. The words “Hawaii State Teachers Association” and/or HSTA must be included in the design. Use of the HSTA’s official logo is encouraged. Click here to download HSTA’s logo in white and blue.
Entries do not need to be the work of the member—family, friends, students, et al. are welcome to contribute, though an HSTA member must be responsible for the actual entry—and each entry must be an original creation that incorporates the HSTA’s brand (e.g., colors, trademarks, or logos) into the design, has never been published, and does not contain profanity, trademarks, logos, or copyrighted works of any other person or business. A public vote will be held to determine the five (5) most popular design submissions, then a panel of judges made up of HSTA’s leadership and staff will choose the final winning submission!
The winning prizes include the following:
- All entrants will be entered to win one of three (3) HSTA prize packages.
- Four finalists based on the public vote will each receive $50.
- Grand prize will be $500 for the final design selected.
