Voting in the HSTA State and your Chapter elections will be conducted during your Institute Day.
Those dates are:
Monday, Feb. 11, 2019 – Honolulu, Central, Leeward, and Windward chapters
Tuesday, Feb. 12, 2019 – Hilo, Kona, Kohala, and Hamakua chapters
Wednesday, Feb. 13, 2019 – Kauai chapter
Thursday, Feb. 14, 2019 – Molokai chapter
Friday, Feb. 15, 2019 – Maui and Lanai chapter
Absentee Voting
Requests for absentee voting will be accepted from January 14 – 25, 2019.
After verification of membership, absentee ballots will be mailed out on February 4, 2019.
Absentee ballots may be returned by mail postmarked by February 15, 2019 or may be placed into the ballot box at your Institute Day.
Requesting to vote by absentee ballot does not excuse you from attendance at your chapter’s Institute Day.
