With Gov. David Ige’s statewide order to stay at home and work from home in effect, some HSTA members are under the mistaken belief that they cannot access their pay statements from home.

State employees using devices not connected to a state network cannot access certain tasks on the Hawaii Information Portal (HIP).

However, pay statements, frequently asked questions (FAQs), and the ability to change your password are available from devices connected to any network.

Logging in to the HIP website requires your eight-digit user ID number. This is NOT the same as your eight-digit employee ID number.

If you are unable to log in, call the HIP Service Center at (808) 201-SERV (7378).
