The Hawaii State Teachers Association’s Instruction and Development Department (IPD) had the pleasure of meeting with the team at Student Corner.

Student Corner is a Hawaii Island-based tech company founded by student entrepreneurs who wanted an all-in-one solution for online project learning. With Student Corner, teachers and students can showcase and highlight student work, mentor and engage with students and the community, and create a comprehensive knowledge base and project exhibition space for their learning community.

Founded by students for students, Student Corner provides a place where students can safely create, collaborate, and share their work.

Student Corner is running a summer webinar series in July that will introduce teachers nationwide to the platform. In addition to an in-depth demonstration, Student Corner is offering a crash course on project-based learning curriculum with examples and how it can be capitalized on with the platform. Each session will last for about an hour with 40 minutes of presentation and 20 minutes of Q&A.

Student Corner aims to support teachers and their classrooms during this difficult transition and is offering all teachers free licensing for the 2020–21 school year. Tune in to the webinar to learn how to gain access to your free licensing and take your classroom to the next level.
