Calculate your salary level

HSTA’s new online salary calculator allows our members to look up their salaries, using the drop-down menu to enter three key pieces of information to determine their salary level:
- Whether they are 10-month or 12-month teachers
- Their class (Class II through Class VIII)
- Their step (4 through 14B)
Teachers can find their pay step and class on their personnel action form, also known as a Form 5, which is emailed to teachers at the end of each year for the next school year or any time there’s a change in their pay.
