In support of the Hawaii Department of Education's transition from Lotus Notes to Google Suite, the Office of Information Technology Services (OITS) is offering continuous training for all employees and school staff.

In anticipation of the start of the new school year, two optional training webinars will be held through Aug. 2.

G-Suite Basics is a two-hour session covering important information like signing in and the key differences from Lotus Notes, along with training for the Mail, Drive, Contacts, Calendar, and Groups apps.

G-Suite Tips & Tricks is a one-hour session focused on newer features and is more suited to experienced Google users. Users can attend both webinars with no overlap in content.

Users are encouraged to take part in these live webinars, as you will be able to ask questions directly via chat.  The webinars will also be recorded for later review and additional sessions will also be scheduled.

If you have any questions, contact Brook Conner, OITS Assistant Superintendent, at (808) 586-3307 or Brook.Conner@k12.hi.us.
