HSTA is looking for an Oʻahu UniServ Director who is articulate, organized, and a believer in due process. This position needs a strong advocate to represent Hawaiʻi State Department of Education K–12 teachers. If you are a professional with an understanding of the operations of a labor union, and have direct experience in union advocacy representation, organizing, program coordination and bargaining, we’d like to talk to you!

Baccalaureate degree required, and we will substitute substantial experience in comparable work. Experience working with Hawaiʻi public school teachers and labor unions is desirable. Some travel is required.

The starting salary is $79,631. This is an exempt, full-time position. The work location for this role is based in the HSTA’s main office on Oʻahu. The deadline to apply is July 3.
