STEM grants from AFCEA Hawaii available to educators for first time

For the first time, the Hawaii chapter of the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA Hawaii) is offering science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) grants to teachers and others associated with teaching STEM subjects to Hawaii students.
